You’re fueled by

And, because of this, it feels like you’re

Success CAN Coexist With Sanity

Highly-impactful people – a group that includes leaders, developers, entrepreneurs, students, and more – live in a near-constant state of stress dominance. Pushing yourself is who you are authentically as a person and, let’s be honest, it’s a big piece of what drives your success.

As someone who’s been in the trenches of running large companies and being a ‘builder’ (my lingo for “entrepreneur”) myself, I get the

The Boost Method, my holistic stress reduction course. My goal isn’t to suppress your drive but to skill you up, bigtime, with stress management strategies that work. Because being wired and tired 24/7 just isn't the way humans are supposed to roll.
